REQUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT
We request owners and/or societies to connect with us for the redevelopment of their homes/societies on the email ID santosh@atharvarealty.com
FIRST MEETING WITH THE OWNER/SOCIETY MEMBERS
The first meeting will be arranged with the acquisition team and the owner /society member to discuss the requirements/terms of the redevelopment.
VALIDATION OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS
After the first meeting the owner /society need to submit relevant documents to our acquisition team in order to determine project viability.
APPROVAL OF REDEVELOPMENT
After determining project feasibility we will proceed with taking the consent of home owners/tenants and will forward the file for approval from all the concerned departments to execute the said redevelopment.
